ORALIDAD Y MEMORIA EN TRES TEXTOS DE SOAD LOUIS LAKAH

Resumen

Este ensayo trata sobre los aspectos que fundamentan la poética de la escritora cordobesa Soad Louis Lakah. Lo suyo es la recuperación de la memoria y para ello apela al discurso oral que la re-presenta, re-produce, actualiza. El trabajo también revisa la propuesta desde lo femenino que se inaugura en el arte de contar, en una época marcadamente machista. Contar su historia de vida y la historia de una región con todo su acervo cultural, mítico y de tradición es el propósito soslayado de los tres libros analizados: Razones de peso, Los caprichos de Dios y La Lío.

ABSTRACT

This essay is about the aspects that shape the poetic work of Soad Louis Lakah. Her topic is the recovery of memory. In order to achieve this, she employs the oral discourse that re-presents, re-produces and updates her. The document also examines the proposal from the feminine point of view that is introduced by the art of story telling, during a period highly marked by male chauvinism. Telling the story of her life and the story of a region with all its cultural, mythical and traditional wealth is the sidelong purpose of the three books analyzed, Razones de peso, Los caprichos de Dios y La Lío.
