CULPABILIDAD, CONFESIÓN Y DIALOGISMO EN UN HOMBRE DESTINADO A MENTIR

Abstract

La novela Un hombre destinado a mentir de Molinares Sarmiento pone en escena juegos narrativos entremezclados implícitamente en la profundidad de una concepción filosófica, poética y estética. La novela recrea perspectivas clásicas, románticas y modernas del destino, ambiguas en sus versiones de fuerza predeterminista –concepción clásica– y de artificio creado por el hombre para justificar, desde una postura cínica, la labilidad y la culpabilidad, es decir, la posibilidad del mal, su realidad y su expresión simbólica. Molinares Sarmiento, en su novela, devela el enigma del “salto” de la posibilidad de caer, a la caída efectiva en la cual la moral y la ética llegan demasiado tarde.

ABSTRACT

The novel Un hombre destinado a mentir by Molinares Sarmiento dramatizes narrative games mixed implicitly in the depths of a philosophical, poetic and aesthetic view. The novel depicts classical, romantic and modern views of fate. They are ambiguous in their versions of predetermine forces –classical conception– and of created device by men to justify from a cynical perspective, the weakness and guilt, that is, the possibility of evil, its reality and its symbolic expression. Molinares Sarmiento reveals in this novel the mystery of the leap from the possibility of falling to the real fall in which moral and ethics appear too late.
