This article narrates the personal and creative journey of a playwright with dyslexia who takes on the challenge of writing her first
theatrical piece, Un pensamiento. The author transforms her condition into a driving force for creation, showing that dyslexia is not
a barrier to dramatic writing but a lens through which stories can be told differently. Through autobiographical reflection, she shares the emotional roots of her work—marked by illness, memory, and female sacrifice—and provides practical tools, methodological strategies, and inspirational references to support others with the same condition. Her dramaturgy, rooted in family experiences and structured with clarity through unique techniques, defends writing as an inclusive art form. This work also serves as a pedagogical manifesto, calling for an educational system that embraces diverse cognitive processes rather than stigmatizing them.
